We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to streamline and automate our software development and deployment processes. You will work closely with software development, operations, and manufacturing teams to build and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performance infrastructure. Your role will involve setting up CI/CD pipelines, managing server and database infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and supporting manufacturing in provisioning and upgrading electronic equipment.
What you will be doing:
- Set up and guide developers in managing CI/CD pipelines to automate software building, testing, and deployment
- Ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle
- Administer Linux-based servers and database infrastructure for internal and external applications
- Manage network configurations and security best practices
- Continuously monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they affect operations
- Implement logging and monitoring solutions to ensure system health and availability
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker for containerized environments
What we are looking for:
- Strong Linux administration and networking skills
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools like Ansible, Chef, or Terraform
- Proficiency with creating CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments
- Expertise in Docker for containerization and deployment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in distributed systems
- Experience with orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana
- Exposure to working with manufacturing or embedded systems environments
