We are looking for an Assembly Specialist, who will be responsible for assembling mechanical systems and components, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, and contributing to the improvement of assembly workflows.

What you will be doing:

  • Assemble mechanical systems and components in accordance with technical drawings, instructions, and specifications
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of assembly activities and data in the ERP system
  • Propose and implement improvements to assembly workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Conduct thorough quality checks and functional tests on assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformities in components or final assemblies
  • Provide constructive feedback on design improvements to enhance the manufacturability of products

What we are looking for:

  • A degree in a technical field, such as mechanics, electronics, or another related discipline
  • Significant hands-on experience in mechanical assembly within industries such as defense, automotive, or similar technical fields
  • Proficiency in reporting tasks and maintaining accurate data in ERP systems
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, instructions, and CAD models
  • Independence, adaptability, and comfort working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
