We are looking for a Technical Writer, who will create and maintain high-quality documentation for our products, ensuring end users have the information they need to utilize our solutions effectively. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to transform complex, unstructured information into clear and concise documentation.

What you will be doing:

• Write, update, and maintain technical documentation for DSI products
• Create and update templates and guidelines
• Create user guides, manuals, release notes, FAQs, and other documentation tailored to end-user needs
• Collect, analyze, structure, and communicate knowledge about product use cases and internal components
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and accessible to the target audience
• Participate in product change reviews and provide suggestions for documentation improvements
• Proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies in existing documentation and refine it for better clarity and accuracy
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather technical information
• Take the initiative to seek out necessary details and clarify ambiguities in product information

What we are looking for:

• Engineering or technical background
• Understanding of technical concepts, systems, or products
• Strong command of the English language with excellent writing skills
• Passion for documentation, strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to structure complex or unstructured information into coherent and user-friendly documentation
• Demonstrated ability to gather, verify, and synthesize information independently
