We are looking for a Production Engineer, who will play an important role in optimizing our processes and driving efficiency as we scale our production.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and optimizing production processes and workflows, for both new product implementation and serial production
- Preparing technical drawings, work instructions and other documentation for production activities
- Designing and developing production fixtures and tools
- Managing product BOM in the ERP system and ensuring accuracy
- Driving the development and implementation of production technology
- Supporting hardware engineers
- Providing daily support and training to production workers on requirements and assembly best practices
What we are looking for:
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, components and assembly processes
- Experience in the development and testing of electrical systems
- Previous experience in production engineering for 3-5 years
- Experience with ERP systems and BOM management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, adapt to changes and collaborate across teams
- Good knowledge in CAD (it would be good if in Inventor and Vault)
- Experience in developing processes from scratch
- Knowledge in Lean manufacturing principles, kaizen and continuous improvement
