We are looking for an Electrical Engineer for our production team, who will play a key role in improving electrical assembly processes and driving efficiency as we scale our production.
What you will be doing:
- Support the implementation of new products into production, ensuring electrical design readiness and manufacturability
- Develop electrical inspection criteria and participate in the setup of end-of-line and in-process electrical tests
- Overseeing technical drawings, schematics and other documentation from production point of view
- Driving the development and implementation of production technology
- Collaborate with development and quality teams to improve product design for manufacturability, testability and reliability
- Contribute to process optimization and cost-efficiency efforts within electrical assembly areas
- Providing daily support and training to production workers on requirements and assembly best practices
What we are looking for:
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, PCB assemblies, wiring harnesses, and testing of electrical systems
- Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting tools
- 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP systems and BOM management
- Good knowledge in electrical system design programs (AutoCAD electrical, Eplan or similar)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, adapt to changes and collaborate across teams
