We are seeking a dedicated Product Designer to join our Product team and take charge of the design for our multi-domain Command and Control (C2) platform. As we continue expanding our product lineup and adding complexity to our C2 software, a full-time in-house designer is critical to ensure cohesive and user-centered interfaces across all systems.
What you will be doing:
- Design user interfaces for land, air, and sea Command and Control systems
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design ideas
- Conduct user research with internal stakeholders, field testers, and operators to understand needs and gather feedback
- Create modular, scalable dashboards and data panels supporting sensor fusion, AI integrations, and real-time monitoring
- Optimize UIs for mission-critical use: geospatial overlays, alert management, and operational workflows
- Maintain consistency with an evolving design system and help shape our visual language
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and usable implementation of designs
- Plan and conduct usability tests, refine designs based on feedback from simulations and field use
- Envision and prototype future-forward interfaces, including VR/AR glasses, touchscreen pads, or ruggedized solutions
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience designing UI/UX for complex software systems, ideally in critical or technical environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design thinking, interaction design, and visual skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Ability to produce wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes independently
- Experience conducting usability testing and synthesizing insights into design improvements
- Deep understanding of interaction design principles and adaptive interfaces
