We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our growing team of software engineers and leads. You will build scalable processes, drive technical excellence, and cultivate a culture of collaboration and growth. Partnering closely with product and hardware teams, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, mission-critical software at scale.

What you will be doing:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers and engineering leads, enabling their success individually and collectively
- Drive execution of engineering projects, balancing technical excellence, deadlines, and business priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (product, hardware, AI) to ensure alignment on priorities and dependencies
- Define clear objectives and performance metrics, fostering accountability for outcomes across the team and yourself
- Participate in technical design and architecture discussions, providing guidance without stifling autonomy
- Support the organization’s growth by refining processes, embedding best practices, and anticipating the complexities of growing teams
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated ability to grow teams and capabilities, including mentoring mid-level engineers toward senior and leadership roles
- Deep expertise in modern software development practices and cloud infrastructure, with hands-on experience designing and delivering scalable systems
- Strong skill in navigating team dynamics, resolving conflicts, and driving alignment across stakeholders
- Track record of leading teams through scale, change, and transition—ensuring successful technology adoption, reorganizations, and rapid growth while balancing structure with agility
- Confidence in making complex decisions across performance management, prioritization trade-offs, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication skills, including delivering feedback, running effective 1:1s, leading impactful team meetings, and influencing stakeholders
