We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide daily support to clients and partners, troubleshoot hardware and technical issues, and work closely with the Support, Development, and Business teams to improve our products.
What you will be doing:
Work closely with the Support and Development teams to ensure efficient support for our products
Offer daily assistance to our clients and partners, promptly addressing their questions and concerns via helpdesk
Provide insights and suggestions to the Development and Business teams to improve our products and systems
Engage actively in fieldwork across multiple countries, traveling to various locations while excluding frontline areas in Ukraine
Take charge of troubleshooting hardware products, including cabling, electronic components, and system updates
Apply manual troubleshooting methods to efficiently resolve different technical issues
Document processes, troubleshooting steps and creating tickets
What we are looking for:
Background or previous experience in electronics, technology or IT field
Experience with video systems, Python scripts, Linux, hardware integration, installation and/or networks
Readiness to travel to different countries multiple times per quarter
Proficient in English, Russian is a plus
Driving license is a must (category B)
